IES Residential, a leader in electrical services for residential new construction, is urgently hiring experienced Electrical Foremen to lead our multi-family projects in the Pheonix Arizona area. Position Overview:
We’re seeking a skilled Electrical Foreman to oversee and manage electrical crews on multi-family residential projects. This role is key to ensuring our projects are completed safely, on time, and to high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise crews on multi-family construction projects, ensuring adherence to safety and project specifications.
- Coordinate with project managers and contractors to meet project goals and timelines.
- Oversee installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems, including wiring and fixtures.
- Mentor and guide crew members, fostering skill development.
- Ensure project documentation is accurate and compliant.

Specific Qualifications
Qualifications:
- 1 years in electrical construction, with 2 years in a leadership role.
- Experience with multi-family residential projects a strong plus.
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes and ability to read blueprints.
