Specific Qualifications
- Assist in completion of house rough in to include measuring, cutting, and pulling wire
- Install trim to include plugs, lights, fixtures, and switches
- Carry materials and tools
- Clean work area and equipment
- Maintains working relationship with leadsman and division manager
- Reports progress and problems to management regularly and provides creative solutions
- Maintains knowledge of and enforces company safety rules and procedures
- Quickly corrects any potential hazard or promptly reports the hazard to the responsible person
- Communicate with others, including taking direction from leadsman
- Residential Electrical new construction experience
- A valid driver’s license
- Must be able to pass and comply with all safety training, background check and drug testing requirements
- Already have basic tools is a plus
- Ability to work in extreme weather
- Ability to climb ladders
