Internal Controls - SOX Analyst

• Evaluate financial and operational procedures to ensure adherence to internal controls
• Identify financial and operational risks and implementing measures to mitigate these risks
• Assist with the development and implementation of internal control policies and procedures
• Conduct audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls
• Prepare and present reports on audit findings and proposed improvements to management
• Work closely with other departments and divisions to train and educate employees on internal controls and compliance procedures
• Assist with regulatory compliance, including keeping up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations
• Contribute to the development of risk management strategies
• Participate in special projects related to internal controls and risk management as needed

• Proven experience with 3 to 5 years as an Internal Controls Analyst, Auditor or similar role
• Excellent knowledge of reporting procedures and record keeping
• Ability to work with numbers and analyze financial data
• Proficient in MS Office and familiarity with relevant software
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Familiarity with internal control frameworks and risk management principles, as well as an understanding of financial and operational processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related discipline
