- Provides construction management support through coordination with Project Managers on multiple jobs
- Completes project billings utilizing customer billing portals, sub-tier contract compliance reviews, maintaining job files/correspondence, and attaining project insurance certificates
- Maintains logs and records for all project contracts, credit card expenses/allocation to projects, and overall office maintenance operations
- Manages assigned accounts payable and accounts receivable functions on daily, weekly, and monthly basis
- Completes weekly payroll time reconciliations on schedule
- Provides administrative and employee liaison support as needed for payroll, accounting, and human resources departments
- Utilizes EXCEL and other software including company and customer portal platforms to complete tasks
- Works independently with a high degree of accuracy
- Completes special projects and other duties as assigned by senior management
- Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Minimum 3 years' recent related administrative and accounting experience
- Construction accounting experience (AIA, Time & Material billings, change orders)
- Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Sarbanes Oxley Auditing knowledge
- Spectrum Accounting software knowledge a plus
- Proficient Microsoft Office (WORD, EXCEL) and general accounting software skills
- Strong attention-to-detail and written/verbal communication skills
- Proficient organizational and time management skills
- Successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) background check and MVR check.
