Job Summary
- Progress billing: Prepare, review, and submit accurate customer invoices tied directly to project agreements
- Cross-team collaboration: Partner closely with Project Managers and clients to manage billings and resolve any discrepancies
- AR ownership: Drive accounts receivable performance by managing daily deposits and aging backlogs
- Expense allocation: Assist with coding and allocating monthly operational expenses
- Financial forecasting: Assist with preparation of monthly budget and forward-looking reports
- Work independently: Own your daily workflow to meet monthly close deadlines with minimal oversight
- Experience: 2 years recent related experience OR degree in Business/Accounting
- Eye for detail: An analytical mind that catches errors before they impact the bottom line
- Discretion: Commitment to maintaining strict confidentiality as needed
- Industry tech: Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables) and exposure to construction a plus
- Screening: Ability to successfully pass a standard pre-employment (post offer) background check
