Accounting Specialist

IES Commercial, Inc. - dba IES Electrical, is looking for a full-time Accounting Specialist to join us in our Holdrege, NE office. Team environment, low turnover, room for advancement.

Job Summary

• Prepare GL entries
• Assist with period end close process
• Monthly reconciliations
• Job cost accounting
• Assist with reporting duties
• Follow company processes and procedures for audit control
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years recent related experience or education
• Degree in business, accounting or related field preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills, attention to detail and accuracy
• Positive attitude with ability to communicate and maintain strict confidentiality as needed
• Proficient computer skills including knowledge of Excel
• Successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) background check and drug test
