Branch or Operations Manager
Job Summary:
The Office Manager is responsible for the daily functions of the branch as well as acting as administrative support. The Office Manager also delegates administrative tasks where appropriate.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
1. The Office Manager will analyze and research files, spreadsheets, flow logs, reports and tracking material. The OM will also establish and maintain job books/files and develop reports for manufacturer’s rebates and certifications.
2. The Office Manager will review and authorize the ordering of office supplies, equipment and furniture. Assign Company property and materials. Evaluate time sheets, expense and mileage reports for reimbursement.
3. The Office Manager will make travel arrangements and oversee the branch petty cash/checkbook. The OM will also reconcile the BTA (business travel account).
4. The Office Manager will coordinate sales meetings and training for the Sales Department. The OM will calculate the Sales Executive’s quotas and attainment incentives and prepare sales reports that reflect weekly and monthly sales statistics.
5. The Office Manager will supervise receptionist when office justifies such a position.
6. The Office Manager will field and disseminate customer sales calls. Perform back-up Receptionist duties when needed.
7. The Office Manager will rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals through creativity and flexibility.
8. Other responsibilities as assigned.

· Must possess proven problem-solving skills, critical thinking skills and the ability to effectively read, write and give oral presentation(s)
· Regular attendance is mandatory
Education, Certification, License, and Skill Requirements:
· Must possess at least a High School diploma or GED equivalency; Associates Degree in a clerical field preferred.
· Must possess a minimum of two (2) to four (4) years’ experience in an office environment; preferably in office management.
· Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Email.)
· Must meet Company minimum driving standards.
· Must have proven ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously
