IES Commercial, Inc. – DBA IES Electrical, is hiring a full-time Human Resources Assistant in our Holdrege, Nebraska office.
Job Summary
- Provides administrative support to HR Manager in compliance with HR policies and procedures including: hiring, on-boarding, applicant tracking system administration, processing personnel and payroll changes, and maintenance of HR filing systems and databases, skilled trade recruiting.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' recent office or administrative experience
- HS Diploma/GED, some college a plus
- Current knowledge of computer software including WORD, EXCEL, Outlook
- Strong interpersonal and team building skills
- Proficient organizational, planning, and communication (written/verbal) skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) drug test, background check, and MVR check when responsibilities require operating motor vehicles.
