IERUS is seeking a full-time Property Administrator to join the Property Management Team. They will lead the Property Team in all areas of property management. Including, but not limited to, receiving in-bound property, issuance of material, executing inventory audits, fulfilling reporting requirements, and carrying out disposition. This position is onsite at IERUS Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm.

Responsibilities
- Oversee receipt of property and ensure that property is tracked as appropriate
- Create and maintain accurate property records within the ERP system
- Process outbound shipments and create all necessary documenting paperwork
- Ensure that tracked property is safeguarded, used for proper purposes, and accounted for from receipt to disposition
- Perform program property audits including physical inventory counts, documenting inventory discrepancies, and reporting on property status
- Engage with technical programs regarding property management, address inquiries, and ensure ongoing compliance with relevant regulations
- Assist with the development and tracking of property training material, policies, and procedures
- General support for the Property Team
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (primarily Word and Excel)
- Ability and comfortable lifting packages up to 50lbs
- Strong communication skills
- Independent ability to travel between IERUS locations in Huntsville, AL
- No more than 8 years of relevant experience
- Must be a US Citizen
- High School Diploma
- Continuation, or the ability to obtain, a DoD security clearance.
- 1-3 years managing Government Property.
- Working knowledge of FAR 52.245-1 Government Property
- Experience operating within the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) system
- Experience with the JAMIS ERP System or similar application
