Wound Care Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a dedicated Wound Care Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team in Cleveland, OH.

• Assess and treat various wounds, including pressure ulcers, surgical, and diabetic ulcers.
• Develop and implement individualized wound care plans.
• Monitor and document healing progress.
• Educate patients and caregivers on wound care and prevention.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize outcomes.
• Perform procedures like debridement, dressing changes, and negative pressure therapy.
  
  

Qualifications include a valid NP license with wound care experience, familiarity with EHR systems, and strong knowledge of wound care principles. Some travel required, with expenses paid. Full-time and part-time roles available, offering $175K-$200K annually, plus benefits such as 401(k), health insurance, paid time off, and flexible scheduling. Requires at least 3 years of wound care experience and certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. The position involves in-person work.
