Mental Health Therapist

We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and self-motivated Mental Health Therapist to join our growing outpatient practice in Central Nebraska.

• Provide assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based therapy such as CBT, motivational interviewing, and crisis intervention.
• Work with diverse populations, including children, families, and individuals with various mental health challenges.
• Utilize telehealth and offer onsite therapy at local nursing homes and assisted livings if desired.
• Maintain accurate documentation, participate in case management, and ensure culturally competent care.
• This is a 1099 contractor position with flexible hours (10–40 per week), offering a supportive environment with opportunities for professional growth.
  
  

Requirements include valid licensure (e.g., PLMHP, LMHP, LCSW), crisis management skills, and experience in outpatient settings. The role emphasizes high-quality care and a grassroots approach to mental health advocacy.
