Responsibilities Include
- Conducting evaluations and developing treatment plans
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams
- Maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring compliance
- Providing person-centered care that respects resident dignity
- Staying current with professional development and industry standards
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and valid state license
- Preferably some experience in long-term care
- Excellent communication, organizational, and technical skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to perform essential tasks and cope with emotional stress
- $48.00 - $58.00/hour (30-40 hours/week)
