Overview

• Responsible for all operations of an adult psychiatric acute residential treatment program.
• Provides clinical and administrative leadership, ensuring compliance with policies and contractual requirements.
• Promotes social rehabilitation philosophy, liaises with mental health systems, supervises staff, manages client documentation, and maintains facility standards.
• Provides direct client services as needed.
  
  

Qualifications

• MHRS certification with AA, BA, or MA plus relevant experience; supervisory experience required.
• Preferred experience in residential treatment and social rehabilitation.
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills; bilingual/cultural competence is a plus.
• Must meet health and background screening requirements; valid driver’s license preferred.
