What are the responsibilities and job description for the Physician Opportunities position at IDS Health, Inc?

Seeking Board-Certified or eligible Family Medicine/Internal Medicine Physicians for immediate full-time roles in CO areas including Fort Collins, Greeley, Loveland, and Windsor.

  • Provide comprehensive, compassionate care in skilled nursing, assisted living, and long-term care settings.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and ensure quality documentation and regulatory compliance.
  • Travel between facilities; minimal weekend and holiday call (no night shifts).
  • Competitive salary ($275K–$300K), sign-on bonus, performance bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.
  • Work in a physician-led, autonomous environment with a focus on work-life balance and professional growth.

Qualifications include an MD/DO, Colorado license eligibility, and strong communication skills. Preferred experience in post-acute care and familiarity with relevant software are a plus.

Salary : $275,000 - $300,000
