Pediatrician

The Pediatrician will provide comprehensive, family-centered care for infants, children, adolescents, and young adults, focusing on wellness, prevention, and illness management.

• Assess and diagnose childhood illnesses, develop care plans, and promote growth and development.
• Offer age-appropriate education on health, development, and treatments, considering cultural and family factors.
• Coordinate care, make referrals, and ensure quality through chart reviews and evidence-based practices.
• Use prescriptive authority within legal guidelines and provide inpatient and outpatient care.
• Participate in rotating call coverage and community involvement, with responsibilities including supervision of nurse practitioners.
