This role involves providing outpatient individual, couples, and group psychotherapy with a trauma-informed approach for youth and adults.
- Conduct assessments of client functioning through interviews, observations, tests, and collaboration.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on assessments and clinical expertise.
- Respond to client crises following on-call protocols and coordinate care with case managers.
- Maintain accurate documentation in EMRs and program records.
- Participate in staff meetings, trainings, supervision, and community outreach activities.
- Promote excellent customer service and positive outcomes.
- Qualifications:** LMHC or LMSW license required; bilingual in Spanish preferred; experience with at-risk immigrant populations and crime victims advantageous.
