We offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus for a full-time Nurse Practitioner in Psychiatry (30 hours/week).


This role involves diagnosing and treating youth and individuals with acute, episodic, or chronic mental health conditions, primarily in Bath, NY, with a mix of virtual and in-person work in Steuben & Chemung Counties.

Candidates anywhere in Upstate NY with flexible commuting are considered, with mileage reimbursed.


Essential duties include evaluating patient histories, collaborating with a treatment team, prescribing medications, providing patient and family education, maintaining documentation, and adhering to relevant regulations.

On-call coverage is required.


Qualifications include an accredited Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner program, NYS RN and NP licenses, and at least 2 years RN experience.

Physical demands vary, and a valid NYS driver's license is required. Compensation ranges from $100,000 to $135,000 annually based on experience.
