Qualifications required: NY RN license, NP certification, completion of an accredited NP program (MSN preferred), CPR certification, with ACLS/BLS preferred. Strong communication, critical thinking, and clinical skills are essential.
This is a full-time, in-person role requiring relocation to Jamestown, NY before starting work.
- Provide high-quality patient care collaboratively with physicians and care teams
- Manage patient panels using clinical expertise and independent judgment
- Educate and support patients and families
- Contribute to improving care delivery processes
