Warehouse Support Tech Specialist

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic DevOps Support Specialist to join our growing team and play a key role in supporting our Warehouse Management System (WMS) — connecting our IT team, customer experience team, warehouse operations, and clients all in one role.

What You'll Do:

• Guide new customers through seamless onboarding experiences

• Support IT requests and resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently

• Respond to customer service tickets with professionalism and care

• Perform software QA testing to ensure top-notch system performance

• Train warehouse personnel on systems and best practices

• Proactively identify and address customer and warehouse needs before they become problems

• Troubleshoot technical challenges across teams and platforms

What We're Looking For:

Strong technical skills — scripting, SQL, macros, or similar (think: borderline developer or developer in training)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

A people person — you genuinely enjoy helping others

Customer service experience

A proactive, take-initiative mindset

Strong technical troubleshooting abilities

Schedule 9am to 5.30pm In Person Position

Bonus Points If You Have:

Warehouse, inventory, or fulfillment experience

Shopify experience

Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud experience
