Base Salary: $80,000 – $90,000
Position Summary
The Senior Facilities & Infrastructure Manager owns execution of facilities, infrastructure, and safety across iDrive Fulfillment's multi-site warehouse operations. This role carries full accountability for compliance, uptime, and facility readiness and operates with minimal oversight. This position ensures all facilities are optimized, compliant, and capable of supporting revenue growth and customer commitments.
Key Responsibilities
Facilities & Infrastructure
• Lead warehouse expansions, reconfigurations, and improvement projects
• Own racking systems, office builds, docks, cages, and mezzanines
• Manage electrical, HVAC, lighting, and power capacity planning
• Maintain accurate and audit-ready facility documentation
• Ensure facilities meet customer and operational requirements
Safety & OSHA Compliance
• Own OSHA compliance across all warehouse locations
• Lead safety audits, inspections, and corrective action plans
• Own lift equipment certification programs and safety training
• Partner with HR on injury investigations and prevention strategies
Warehouse Engineering & Optimization
• Optimize space utilization, slotting, and cube efficiency
• Lead layout planning for picking, packing, VAS, staging, and shipping
• Plan infrastructure capacity for new clients and seasonal volume
• Standardize layouts and equipment across locations
Vendor & CapEx Management
• Manage contractors, vendors, and service agreements
• Own project timelines, budgets, and CapEx execution
• Ensure construction and maintenance projects are delivered on time
Qualifications
• 6–8 years of facilities, warehouse, or industrial operations experience
• Proven multi-site responsibility
• Strong OSHA and warehouse safety knowledge
• Experience managing vendors, contractors, and capital projects
• High level of independence, judgment, and accountability
• Construction safety expertise is a core requirement of this role
