About Us
We’re a growing 3PL (third-party logistics) company dedicated to operational excellence and innovative logistics solutions. We’re hiring an Inventory Area Manager to lead inventory control operations, ensure stock accuracy, oversee receiving and storage processes, and collaborate cross-functionally to maintain inventory integrity across the facility.
What You’ll Do
• Oversee and manage daily inventory operations including receiving, putaway, cycle counts, and stock audits.
• Ensure inventory accuracy by tracking discrepancies, investigating variances, and correcting records in the warehouse management system (WMS).
• Lead and develop the inventory team including shift leads and associates; set clear expectations and hold teams accountable.
• Collaborate with Inbound, DTC, and AM/CX departments to ensure product availability and proper merchandise flow.
• Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to inventory management.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities in inventory processes and present solutions to leadership.
• Manage team labor hours to meet operational and cost targets.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and OSHA standards across all area activities.
• Generate inventory reports and KPIs for leadership on a regular basis.
• Be available with flexible hours based on business needs and peak seasons.
What We’re Looking For
• Experience: 3–4 years minimum in inventory management within a 3PL, distribution, or high-volume warehouse environment.
• Leadership: proven experience leading operations teams; develops people and fosters accountability.
• Systems: experience with WMS (warehouse management systems); proficiency in Excel or reporting tools.
• Attention to Detail: ability to identify discrepancies and implement solutions quickly and accurately.
• Communication: clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Language: bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Safety & Compliance: OSHA knowledge and a safety-first mindset.
• Physical: on your feet most of the shift; lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

Salary : $48,000 - $60,000
