About Us:We are a small staffing agency providing workers for a third-party fulfillment warehouse. We focus on efficient operations and employee success, we're expanding our remote location in Fairfield Ohio, and seeking a reliable Bilingual Onboarding & Payroll Coordinator to serve as our on-the-ground point of contact. This team lead-level role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with minimal recruitment demands—ideal if you enjoy streamlining processes and supporting a growing team!Key Responsibilities:Act as the primary point of contact for our Salt Lake location, coordinating seamless onboarding for new hires transitioning from partner staffing agencies.Collect and verify essential payroll data, ensuring accuracy and timeliness for smooth processing.Ensure new employees meet expectations of the local site leadership and maintain high standards.Lead initial training and orientation of new workers.Collaborate with our central HR and payroll teams remotely to resolve any onboarding or data issues promptly.Assist with administrative tasks such as entering new employee data into the timeclock and payroll systems and warehouse management system and conducting new hire orientation sessions.Promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture, leveraging your bilingual skills to communicate effectively with diverse team members.What We're Looking For:Team lead experience in staffing, HR, or administrative coordination (1-2 years preferred).Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (both written and verbal) to support our multicultural workforce.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for handling payroll data and onboarding paperwork.Comfortable working independently in a remote site while staying connected via phone/email tools.Familiarity with basic HR software or payroll systems is a plus, but we're happy to train the right candidate.Experience working in a warehouse fulfillment or manufacturing environment would be advantageous.High school diploma required; associate's degree or equivalent experience in business/HR a bonus.Reliable transportation for onsite presence in Salt Lake .E-Verified position.
