Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager located in Fairfield, Ohio. This is an on-site position and will be housed in the warehouse office. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing assigned client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, advocating for the client within the warehouse, running weekly and other client related calls/meetings, and addressing any issues or concerns promptly. Day-to-day tasks will include building and maintaining client relationships, understanding and helping to coordinate the fulfillment and shipping process for the assigned accounts, coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless operations, and generating reports on account activity and performance. This person needs to have excellent personal/relationship building skills, highly motivated, and a self starter.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring high satisfaction levels.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve client concerns, such as delays, discrepancies, or service issues, in a timely manner.
- Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) like order accuracy, fulfillment speed, and client satisfaction, providing regular reports to clients and internal teams.
- Process Optimization: Collaborate with warehouse operations to streamline processes, reduce costs, and improve service efficiency for clients.
- Onboarding and Training: Assist new clients with onboarding, ensuring they understand fulfillment processes and systems.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze client data to provide insights, forecast demand, and recommend strategies to improve operations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with warehouse, logistics, and sales teams to align client needs with operational capabilities.
- Contract and Pricing Management: Negotiate service agreements, monitor contract compliance, and ensure pricing aligns with service levels.
Compensation
$50,000 - $75,000 annual salary depending on experience
Eligibility for Profit and Revenue bonuses
2 weeks of PTO annually

Qualifications
- Experience in client management and customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand and help coordinate fulfillment and shipping processes
- Proficiency in report generation and data analysis
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Proficiency with relevant software and tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in fulfillment or logistics is a plus
