Position Overview for the Sr. Software Engineer/Technical Lead:
- Supports a dynamic environment with a focus on full-stack solutions, including backend services, frontend workflows, and data management.
- Designs, develops, and maintains scalable enterprise applications using modern technologies and best practices.
- Contributes to system stability, troubleshooting, and process improvements to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Leads or works within development teams to establish standards, improve system performance, and implement automation practices.
- Involved in modernization efforts, ensuring solutions are supportable in production environments.
Requirements for the Sr. Software Engineer/Technical Lead:
- 10 years of progressive software engineering experience.
- Extensive hands-on experience with React, TypeScript, .NET Core, Azure cloud platform, and modern API frameworks.
- Proven ability to lead development teams and deliver large-scale, enterprise solutions.
- Deep expertise in full-stack web application development, cloud-native architecture, and API integration.
