Position Overview for the Assembly, Integration & Test Lead (IPT):
- Lead integration, verification, and testing activities for aerospace hardware programs.
- Manage and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure build, checkout, and anomaly resolution.
- Write and approve test procedures, verification reports, and readiness documentation.
- Communicate testing status, risks, and recovery plans to technical teams and leadership.
- Ensure compliance with configuration control, safety, quality, and hardware handling standards.
Requirements for the Assembly, Integration & Test Lead (IPT):
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, physics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in assembly, integration, test, verification, or systems testing for complex hardware, especially aerospace hardware.
- Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary teams through hardware build and test phases.
- Experience writing or approving integration/test procedures, verification reports, and readiness packages.
- Strong knowledge of environmental/test verification such as thermal/vacuum, vibration, electrical, optical, and interface testing.
