IDR is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role will focus on leading product strategy and execution for a patient-facing digital product built on conversational AI/chat platform, supporting rapid scaling and expansion of use cases in healthcare technology.
Position Overview for the Senior Product Manager:
- Lead product strategy and execution for a conversational AI-based digital product in its MVP phase
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams on AI/LLM-driven capabilities and implementation strategies
- Drive development and enhancement of patient-centered digital experiences, ensuring alignment with business needs
- Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate product vision across cross-functional teams
- Support rapid scaling efforts and roadmap planning through Q3/Q4 to expand use cases
Requirements for the Senior Product Manager:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5–8 years of experience in product management, including senior-level ownership
- Experience delivering digital or platform-based products in an Agile environment
- Familiarity with conversational AI, chat platforms, or digital assistant products
- Strong understanding of large language models (LLMs) and AI-driven product value drivers
