IDR is seeking a Oracle GRC Administrator to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Dallas, TX. This role is integral to supporting the security, compliance, and governance of Oracle Risk Management Cloud (RMC) within a large enterprise environment, primarily focusing on controls implementation and migration support. The organization operates within the enterprise software and financial risk management industry, emphasizing internal controls and SOX compliance.
Position Overview for the Oracle GRC Administrator:
- Manage and support Oracle RMC administration, including configuration, user roles, and system access.
- Maintain User Access Reviews (UAR) and Segregation of Duties (SoD) controls, workflows, and remediation.
- Configure and support Advanced Financial Controls (AFC) in partnership with Finance and IT teams.
- Collaborate with Internal Audit, Finance, and IT stakeholders to support SOX compliance and audit requirements.
- Maintain control documentation, change logs, and governance records.
- Support Oracle Cloud security roles, access changes, and integrations.
- Monitor control exceptions and work with teams to resolve compliance issues.
- Assist with user training and support for Oracle RMC processes.
- Evaluate Oracle RMC updates and recommend improvements to system capabilities.
Requirements for the Oracle GRC Administrator:
- 3 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Risk Management Cloud (RMC) or a similar GRC platform, including configuration and administration.
- Enterprise GRC experience doing governance, risk, compliance, and access controls within a large, complex enterprise environment.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP Security, including role-based access control (RBAC) and segregation of duties (SoD).
- Experience with SOX IT General Controls (ITGC) and access governance in a compliance-driven environment.
- Ability to configure GRC solutions based on business, security, and compliance requirements.
