IDR is seeking a HRIS Analyst to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Louisville, KY. This role supports the organization’s HR technology environment, including core HRIS, applicant tracking system, and learning management system, with a focus on troubleshooting, system support, data integrity, and process improvement. The position requires a dedicated individual with a strong background in HRIS administration and system maintenance.
Position Overview for the HRIS Analyst:
- Support and maintain HRIS, applicant tracking, and learning management systems such as ADP, iCIMS, and Cornerstone.
- Provide daily technical support by troubleshooting issues, resolving user requests, and performing system updates.
- Act as a liaison between HR, IT, and external vendors to ensure smooth system operations.
- Conduct data audits, mass updates, and maintain data integrity across HR systems.
- Assist with system upgrades, testing, and implementation of new functionalities and process improvements.
Requirements for the HRIS Analyst:
- Proven experience with HRIS systems, particularly ADP Enterprise, iCIMS, and Cornerstone.
- Strong troubleshooting and issue resolution skills in HRIS environments.
- Ability to perform data audits, mass updates, and maintain data integrity.
- Experience supporting system upgrades, testing, and UAT processes.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders across HR, IT, and external vendors.
