Position Overview for the Manager, Financial Due Diligence:
- Lead complex buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements for private equity and strategic clients.
- Support transactions from pre-close readiness through integration and execution.
- Deliver high-quality, client-focused insights and drive business development initiatives.
- Manage multiple challenging financial due diligence projects, ensuring timely and responsive services.
- Lead and motivate team members, fostering a collaborative and trustful environment.
Requirements for the Manager, Financial Due Diligence:
- A bachelor's degree, ideally with a major in accounting or finance
- 5 years in an audit or transaction advisory practice
- 2 years of Financial Due Diligence experience
