*This position is DIRECT-HIRE, and is 100% ONSITE in Austin, TX!*
Job Responsibilities for the End User Support Technician:
- Provide user support for workstation, application, peripheral, hardware, and service issues through telephone and email communication, as well as in person.
- Capture and satisfy user service requests, incidents, and problems as the initial triage for the Joint Tech team.
- Travel to sites to provide direct support of workstations, applications, peripherals, hardware, service, and EMR/EPM issues.
- Break/Fix tickets
- Computer imaging and deploying
Required Skills for the End User Support Technician:
- 2 year’s desktop support experience
- Ability to Troubleshoot Microsoft O-365
- Active Directory for computer imaging
- CompTIA A Certification
- Great Customer Service Skills
Salary : $25 - $27
