Position Overview
Everest Reps is seeking a driven, relationship-focused End User Specialist to develop and grow demand within the Houston market. This role is responsible for creating pull-through sales by working directly with end users—including custodial managers, facility directors, and building service contractors—and partnering closely with distribution sales teams.
This is a high-impact role focused on driving product adoption, delivering measurable cost savings, and strengthening long-term customer relationships.
Key ResponsibilitiesEnd User Development
- Build and manage relationships with key end users across education, healthcare, foodservice, and commercial facilities
- Identify opportunities to improve cleaning programs through labor savings and product efficiency
- Conduct facility audits and present tailored solutions
Sales & Demand Creation
- Drive specifications and product conversions that pull through distributor partners
- Execute product demonstrations, trials, and training programs
- Track and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities
Distributor Partnership
- Work alongside distributor sales reps to support joint sales calls and close opportunities
- Provide product expertise and assist in positioning programs to win business
- Support distributor growth initiatives within assigned accounts
Program Implementation
- Lead onboarding of new programs, ensuring successful adoption and measurable results
- Train end users on proper product usage to maximize performance and ROI
- Monitor and report on program success, including labor and consumption savings
- 1 years of outside sales experience (JanSan, facility supply, or related preferred)
- Proven ability to influence end users and drive demand through distribution
- Strong presentation and demonstration skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage a territory independently
- Experience working with custodial managers, BSCs, or facility decision-makers is a plus
- Relationship builder with a consultative sales approach
- Strong business acumen with a focus on ROI-driven selling
- Organized, disciplined, and results-oriented
- Comfortable working in both independent and team-based selling environments
