Position Overview for the DevOps Engineer:
- Responsible for maintaining and improving on-prem and hybrid infrastructure systems.
- Collaborate with development teams to implement automation and CI/CD pipelines.
- Troubleshoot complex issues spanning software, hardware, networking, and storage components.
- Manage virtualization platforms and shared storage solutions to support operational efficiency.
- Document system configurations and participate in design discussions to enhance infrastructure resilience.
Requirements for the DevOps Engineer:
- 6 years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or SRE roles.
- Strong Linux system administration experience.
- Meaningful experience operating on-prem or hybrid infrastructure.
- Hands-on knowledge of virtualization platforms such as VMware, Proxmox, or KVM.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues across diverse infrastructure layers including software, OS, networking, storage, and hardware.
