Location: Northern Colorado
Employment Type: Seasonal (with potential for year-round)
Compensation: $23–$26 per hour, based on experience
Role Overview
Idlewild Landscape Design, Inc. is seeking reliable and motivated Landscape Laborers to support our installation teams on high-quality residential and select commercial landscape projects. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, take pride in physical work, and want to be part of a collaborative, well-run crew.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide materials and tools to crew members to support efficient workflow
- Assist with site preparation, grading, planting, and general landscape installation
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
- Follow direction from crew leaders and foremen to keep projects on schedule
- Operate basic landscaping tools and equipment as trained
- Support quality craftsmanship through attention to detail and care
Qualifications & Requirements
- Ability to perform physical work outdoors in varying Colorado weather conditions
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on uneven terrain
- Valid driver’s license preferred, but not required
