The Territory Manager Sales for Loan Against Property will oversee the development and implementation of sales strategies to drive business growth within the assigned territory. Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating data, trends, and loan performance metrics
- Proficient in Business Planning and ability to design effective sales strategies
- Excellent Communication skills for client interactions and internal team coordination
- Customer Service skills to ensure a positive client experience and manage customer relationships
- Experience in Sales Operations, including managing targets and implementing initiatives to improve performance
- Knowledge of Loan Against Property products and financial services is a plus
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; advanced degree is a bonus
