Responsibilities
The Partnership Management Specialist II is a member of the Enrollment Services Partner Team and manages multiple small to medium partner specific projects and tasks. The individual will report directly to the Sr. Manager/Director of Partnerships to ensure prioritization and alignment on all partner projects within the department. Responsibilities include planning and development of project plans, managing the schedule and tracking progress to milestones through delivery. The individual will provide partner metrics, data analysis and visualizations to key program stakeholders and team managers. This will involve creating reports, presentations, spreadsheets and databases to manage activities and information. Provides clear, concise and timely information to the internal stakeholder teams on status, changes, issues/resolutions and achievements throughout project lifecycle. Other responsibilities include providing administrative oversight to specific existing partner team functions and supporting enrollment center transformation.

Essential Job Functions
- Manages all aspects of assigned partner projects and tasks
- Develops project plans and schedules. At the direction of Director of Partnerships, sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and expedites, monitors and tracks progress against planned activities, measures and communicates status to internal stakeholders and management.
- Maintain and update IDEMIA contract templates in consultation with Legal team, business line partners, and other stakeholders
- Manage and document contract execution process
- Disseminates information on any problems or potential delays and resolves any internal issues that arise
- Manages project risks, consulting with the key Partner Team Management, PMO, Delivery and Operations to develop and implement contingency plans when necessary.
- Evaluates progress and results against original objectives and goals, and collaborates with Leadership on adjusting goals or tactics as needed
- Develops and maintains partner task trackers and project spreadsheets
- Develops and maintains documentation for cross-functional, partner enterprise efforts
- Builds deep relationships and networks inside and outside the organization
- Documents and updates processes and implementation information in a detailed and logical manner
- Facilitates and or participates in meetings and conference calls
- Maintains current, comprehensive knowledge of IDEMIA and all IDEMIA programs, products, and service offerings, contracts and established processes
- Remains informed of the state and/or federal regulations and requirements impacting the programs IDEMIA offers and be able to explain those regulations and requirements
Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities at the same time
- Minimum 2 years CRM experience
- Ability to support and organize multiple project activities and work across multiple departments of the organization.
- High level competency in Microsoft Office Suite (Work, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management, analytical and decision-making skills
- Attention to detail
- Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action
- High degree of professionalism, detail oriented, thorough, and efficient
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- High level of initiative, self-motivation and energy
- Ability to read, write and interpret contracts, specifications, and regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or office administration with three years of project management experience in managing 3 or more small to medium sized projects simultaneously.
- Advanced level Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project etc.).
- CRM experience (Ideally hands on migration)
- Salesforce experience (Ideally hands on migration)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus but not required
- Must be U.S. Citizen, dual citizenship not permitted
