Full Job Description
Idella's Care Homes LLC is a provider of Mental Health & Developmental Disabilities Services. We are currently seeking a highly Qualified Professional (QP) or Associate Professional (AP) to work for our company. This is a full-time position.
Qualification:
- Must have a college or university with master’s degree in human services field and has one (1) year of full-time, post-graduate degree with accumulated experience with the population served or post-graduate degree of accumulated experience with the population served or post-graduate degree of accumulated experience. Or a graduate of a college or university with a bachelor’s degree in a human service field and has two (2) years of full-time, post-bachelor’s degree accumulated experience with the population served.
- Experience and Knowledge of supervising staff.
- Must have experience working with developmental and disability population.
- Must Maintain a valid North Carolina Driver License
- Have own transportation to access to work
- CPR , First Aid Certified (will train the right candidate)
- NCI ( will train the right candidate)
- Must have a clean background check
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the active treatment plans and delivered to the consumers in a manner commensurate with the vision, mission, and values of Idella's Care Homes LLC
- Responsible for coordinating all doctor appointments and follow ups.
- Responsible for ensuring all staff document on grid sheet daily.
- Oversees staff supervision.
- Maintains an open line of communication with all staff, residents and families.
- Weekly facility checks and monitoring
- Will interact and work with upper management and CEO to ensure quality of service been deliver.
- Supervises and schedules staff for proper coverage.
- Reviews resident records and assures accurate and thorough documentation.
- Responsible for contracting of outside services as needed for our facilities.
- Additional duties will be discussed upon interview
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $2,200.00 - $3,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
