Ideal Speech is a rapidly growing pediatric private practice serving children and families throughout Middle Georgia. Due to increasing referrals, we are looking for a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team.
This position is ideal for an SLP looking to build a long-term role in private practice with the opportunity to increase hours as the practice continues to grow.

Responsibilities
- Conduct speech and language evaluations
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide evidence-based pediatric speech-language therapy
- Complete timely documentation
- Collaborate with families, physicians, and other professionals
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Georgia SLP license
- Pediatric experience preferred
Schedule
- Part-time
- Approximately 5–25 hours per week, depending on your availability and caseload
- Morning and after-school appointments available
- Flexible scheduling
