Ideal Speech & Occupational Therapy is seeking a passionate Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our growing private practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an OT who enjoys working with children in a fun, supportive clinic environment without the stress of school meetings, paperwork overload, or travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct occupational therapy evaluations
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide engaging, evidence-based therapy services
• Educate and collaborate with caregivers
• Complete documentation in a timely manner
• Communicate professionally with families and referral sources

Qualifications

• Current Georgia Occupational Therapy license
• Experience working with pediatric populations preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently
• Passion for helping children achieve functional independence
