What are the responsibilities and job description for the Equipment rental counter/inside sales position at Ideal Rent-All?
Salary Range:$22.00 To $35.00 Hourly
Inside Sales Reps are the key contact for our customers when making rentals. ISRs communicate with customers to identify needs, collect deposits and payments, schedule rentals and complete contracts. ISRs also assist with making the showroom presentable and clean, as well as assisting other staff in the yard and the shop. If you are excited to help customers find the right tool for the job, this can be a great position for you.
Duties:
- Works heavily on the phone and responding to emails with customers to generate rentals and assist them in other business needs
- Responsible for assisting fellow sales representatives with all rental coordination efforts
- Supporting our customers by opening and closing rental contracts
- Coordination and dispatching of drivers for deliveries and pick-ups
- First line of support for excellent customer service
- Understand and inquire with customers about their projects to meet their needs
- Support other staff in the showroom and in the yard as needed

- Proficient with Microsoft Office and other business software

Requirements:
- Qualified Candidates should have a minimum of two years’ experience in a construction or equipment-related environment preferred but not necessary, we offer training
- Qualified candidates should have a minimum of 2 years experience in customer service preferred or we offer training.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
We train on the job!
Open Monday thru Saturday, 4/10 schedule with rotating Saturdays.
Total compensation package includes base pay plus benefits plan including medical, dental, vision & company matched SIMPLE retirement plan.
Pay: $22.00 - $35.00 per hour
