Literacy Consultant (K-12; part-time)

Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a K-12 ELA Consultant at Ideal Instruction. The ELA Consultant will be responsible for providing job-embedded coaching across K-12 campuses in NYC. The majority of the work is during school hours on campuses with some flexibility to work on projects remotely.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a certified ELA teacher in a K-12 setting.
- A minimum of 3 years of instructional coaching experience.
- A demonstrated track record of improving student data in ELA.
- Experience developing and delivering PD for a K-12 setting in ELA.
- A passion for start-up companies and a desire to help promote growth.
- A commitment to closing the opportunity gap for all students in K-12 systems.
