Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an HVAC Instructor located in Pleasantville, NJ. The HVAC Instructor will be responsible for delivering hands-on training to students, developing and implementing curriculum, providing guidance and mentorship, and assessing student progress. The instructor will also support the integration of HVAC knowledge with complementary disciplines such as electrical
Qualifications
- Expertise in HVAC and Electrical skills
- Experience in Training, Teaching, and Curriculum Development
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire students
- Relevant certifications or licenses in HVAC and Plumbing
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Experience in an educational setting is a plus
