Requirements
Education
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required
- BSN or MSN preferred
Licensure
- Active RN license in the state of Oregon required
- Current CPR certification required
- Valid driver’s license required
- DNS-CT or CDONA certification is a plus
Experience
- Required 3–5 years of successful leadership experience as a Director of Nursing, Chief Nursing Officer, or equivalent clinical leadership role in a Skilled/long-term care setting
- Strong background in skilled nursing, regulatory compliance, staffing management, and quality improvement
- Experience leading interdisciplinary teams and promoting positive employee relations
Pay: $140,000.00 - $155,000.00 per year
