Compensation for this non-exempt position is to be commensurate according to candidate’s skills and experience level.

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in visual design and branding, along with a keen ability to analyze data and translate information into clear, engaging visual formats. You’ll work with the marketing team to create compelling graphics, presentations, and other marketing materials to support both internal and external communications.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field
- At least three (3) years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate or agency setting
- Strong portfolio demonstrating excellent visual and design skills
- Experience with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of email marketing platforms, social media platforms, and analytical tools
- Ability to multi-task and work effectively under tight deadlines
- Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills
- Strong data visualization skills with the ability to simplify and communicate insights effectively through design
- Excellent understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and brand systems
Essential Duties
- Design and produce high-quality visual content including presentations, digital graphics, motion graphics and other marketing collateral
- Analyze data to develop clear visual stories that inform decision-making and support strategic messaging
- Coordinate with other departments to help develop marketing materials
- Contribute to campaign ideation and concept development
- Understand our key markets and audience
- Manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Stay current on design trends, tools, and technologies to effectively communicate company goals
- Other responsibilities may be given as the role develops
