About the Role
The Lip Bar is looking for a highly skilled and detail obsessed Graphic Designer who is fluent in packaging design and can take concepts and ideas to create a visual representation for the brand. This role is perfect for a designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, and who can bring our brand vision to life across product launches, digital content, and retail experiences, ensuring every moment with The Lip Bar feels fresh, cohesive, and culturally connected. You’ll collaborate closely with Product Development, Marketing, and Sales teams to build cohesive brand experiences that stand out online and on shelves.
Responsibilities
- Concept, design, and execute packaging for new product launches and core line refreshes, from dielines to production-ready files
- Create marketing assets including social media assets, website content, campaign toolkits, and retailer collateral
- Partner with Product Development and Marketing to ensure packaging meets functional needs, regulatory requirements, and retail compliance
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring design excellence and on-time delivery
- Work closely with external vendors and printers to review proofs and ensure flawless production quality
- Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and creative executions
- Collaborate internally as well as with clients to conceptualize and execute creative solutions that can be translated across various media platforms.
- Keeping informed on latest trends and forecasts and generating fresh concepts for testing cross channels.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of professional design experience, preferably in beauty, CPG, lifestyle, or similar category
- Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); motion, 3D, or AI concepting is a plus
- Strong portfolio showcasing packaging and marketing design work
- Deep understanding of packaging mechanics, print techniques, and pre-press standards
- Ability to translate strategy and briefs into compelling creative concepts
