Duties
- Operate heavy machinery including loaders, concrete mixers, and other equipment necessary for construction tasks.
- Perform tasks related to paving and digging to prepare sites for concrete forming and finishing.
- Collaborate with team members to build structures according to project specifications.
- Maintain equipment by conducting regular inspections and performing minor repairs as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols on the construction site.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of work areas, ensuring a clean and organized environment.
Qualifications
- Proven mechanical knowledge with experience in operating commercial vehicles and heavy machinery.
- Familiarity with concrete finishing techniques and concrete forming processes is highly desirable.
- Previous experience working on construction sites is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
