Job Summary

Erickson Asphalt Services is hiring an Asphalt Roller Operator/ Asphalt Finisher to join our crew in the north metro area. This role is responsible for rolling and finishing asphalt on driveways and commercial parking lots, working closely with the foreman and crew to ensure a high-quality final product.

Responsibilities

• Operate asphalt rollers for compaction and finishing on driveways and parking lots
• Work closely with the foreman to meet job specifications and quality standards
• Shovel, smooth, and handle asphalt materials as needed
• Assist with general labor duties when required
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain awareness on job sites
• Communicate effectively with crew members and supervisors
• Complete tasks assigned by foremen and management

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• 2 years of asphalt or related experience preferred
• Ability to lift 50 lbs daily and perform physical labor
• Willingness to work long hours, overtime, and some weekends
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and strong work ethic
• Comfortable working in all weather conditions
• CDL Class A (required for top pay)
