We are seeking a motivated and dynamic BDC Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in BDC and customer service, with a proven ability to engage customers and act as the primary contact for our dealership customers, managing inbound/outbound calls and internet leads to book showroom appointments. As a BDC Representative, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience while achieving monthly appointment goals. We offer competitive base pay plus monthly commission incentives.
Duties
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette while communicating with customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Handling inbound/outbound phone calls, emails, and internet leads, aiming to convert them into showroom visits.
- Scheduling appointments, confirming details, and ensuring customer attendance.
- Meticulously documenting customer information, interactions, and follow-up notes in our CRM system.
- Following up on no-shows, unsold, or previous customers to maximize sales opportunities.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply for enhanced customer engagement.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are essential.
- Strong verbal and written communication, with an enthusiastic, professional phone manner.
- Previous experience in a BDC role, automotive sales, telemarketing, or customer service is highly preferred.
