Insulation Installer | $22.00 - $28.00 per hour, depending on experience
Work Hours: Monday through Friday | 40 Hours Weekly
Job Duties:
- Blow in fiberglass and cellulose attic insulation
- Air seal attic penetrations, top plates, and bypasses
- Seal, repair, and modify residential duct systems
- Install new duct runs and perform duct modifications
- Work safely in hot attics and tight spaces
- Cut drywall and enlarge return openings when needed
- Assist HVAC installation team with equipment setting and prep
- Run blower door testing (training provided)
- Deliver clean, professional work homeowners can trust

Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience blowing insulation
- Experience in weatherization or energy efficiency work preferred
- Comfortable working in hot attics during summer conditions
- Experience with duct sealing, air sealing, or duct installation strongly preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand and power tools
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to work independently as well as with a crew
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Construction or skilled trade background is a plus
Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
