What are the responsibilities and job description for the Insulation Spray Foam Technician position at Ideal Air Conditioning & Insulation?
Insulation Spray Foam Technician | $25.00 - $35.00 per hour, depending on experience
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday | 40 hours per week | 5:00am or 6:00am start time depending on season
Job Duties:
- Spray open-cell and closed-cell polyurethane foam insulation in residential homes according to manufacturer specifications and safety standards
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot a Graco Reactor E-30, Fusion Air Purge Spray Gun, and spray foam rig equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Wear and maintain Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration regulations and manufacturer guidelines
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels of spray foam rig parts, tools, and supplies
- Perform thorough jobsite cleanup and ensure customer satisfaction upon project completion
- Protect customers' homes and property by using floor protection materials and maintaining a clean, organized work environment
- Communicate with customers professionally and verify satisfaction with completed services before leaving the jobsite

What We Are Looking for:
- 5 year's experience with spray foam application - Ideal
- Able to spray / install a minimum of 1 set per day
- Good communication skills and customer service
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record - Desired
