Summary
We are seeking a highly train and experienced Bilingual Front Desk/Customer Service to join our team at IDEA Insurance Agency. In this role, you will be responsible for resolving customer issues and answering questions about their health plan benefits and more. Assist customers to find doctors in their plan's network. Process insurance payments and increase our customer retention. Excellent administrative and organizational skills are a must. The perfect candidate must have the ability to complete Medicaid applications while maintaining customer satisfaction with a remarkable attitude to find quick solutions. Performance Objectives:
- Answer customer questions, resolves or escalate issues
- Increases customer retention by identifying the problem and offer solutions in an effective way
- Understand health insurance or related questions
- Effectively complete state program applications to all walkings
- Shows empathy and understands customers’ needs
- Proficiency in accepting and processing health insurance payments
- Reaches out to current customers for retention and referrals opportunities
- Strong ability to follow processes and systems in place
- Manages the company's customer relationship management (CRM) system, including inputting and organizing customer data and using the CRM to analyze customer missing payment or documentation.

Education & Experience
- High school diploma or GED required, Associate’s degree is preferred
- 3 years of experience in a customer service role within
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Data Entry
- Health insurance knowledge or experience
- Medicare and Affordable Care Act understanding
- Proficiency with tools and software such as Google Workspace
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
